The Restaurant

Unforgettable flavours of regional Italian cuisine

Through our “Rosa dei Venti” restaurant, which is AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiachia / Italian Ceoliac Association)-certified, here at the Maritalia Hotel Club Village we serve up the dishes of the Puglia and wider Italian culinary traditions in a welcoming, friendly environment.

With the all-inclusivepackage and the full-board accommodation option, you can choose every day – for both lunch and dinner – from a rich menu, either buffet or table service (during the less busy periods).

The menu changes every fortnight, and encompasses a selection of 3 starters, 3 main courses, hot and cold side dishes, a piece of fruit or a dessert and, naturally, soft drinks, water and red and white wine on tap. All of the products are of the highest quality, and they are selected on a daily basis by our staff to ensure freshness and authenticity.

To allows all guests to savour exquisite lunches and dinners, the Restaurant at our seaside Holiday Village takes particular care over the dishes for coeliac sufferers, which are available on request for no additional charge. In this regard, we are proud to have been awarded AIC certification and to be among the finest restaurants for coeliac sufferers in the Puglia region.

Also available are several vegetarian dishes and an exquisite artisanal bakery.

Accessibility Information

Together with our selected providers, we are committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to people with disabilities. We devote significant resources to ensure that our website and room booking pages are easier to use and more accessible for individuals with disabilities, based on the strong belief that everyone has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

Along with our partners, we continuously strive to improve the accessibility of our website and the pages for booking rooms and/or purchasing additional products and services related to the stay. We firmly believe it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible, and unhindered use, even for those of us with disabilities.

In our ongoing efforts to improve and consistently address accessibility issues, we regularly scan all web pages using accessibility scanners provided by third-party commercial partners to identify and fix any potential accessibility barriers on our site. Despite our efforts to make all our web pages and content fully accessible, some content may not yet have been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be due to not having yet found or implemented the most appropriate technological solution.
